Guidelines for AdNet New York Display Ads
All AdNet New York ads will run one day in each of a region's participating newspapers during the week of publication (Sunday through Saturday). Advertisers may request a specific day (for example Sunday). However specific run days are not guaranteed. NYNPA and each participating newspaper reserves the right to edit all copy submitted, and reject that which does not comply with the program guidelines (please refer to the Standards of Acceptance). The standards of individual newspapers may differ.
All AdNet New York ads and payments are due in the NYNPA office by Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. (noon) prior to the week of publication. All ads received after the deadline will automatically be published the following week.
All rates (non-commissionable) are for one insertion in each participating newspaper. Please consult the AdNet New York homepage to see the prices of each AdNet New York region. There is an additional charge of $50 per ad to prepare camera-ready artwork. All ads must be prepaid. NYNPA accepts Mastercard and VISA, as well as checks.
Proof of Publication
NYNPA monitors all participating newspapers and guarantees 90% placement (on most types of ads). Any ad that does not receive 90% placement will receive a make-good the following week. Proof of publication in the form of an affadavit and one sample tearsheet will be furnished by NYNPA upon advance request only.
NYNPA and each participating newspaper reserves the right to edit all copy submitted, and to reject that which is not in compliance with state and federal regulations or is otherwise unacceptable (please consult the Standards of Acceptance for more information).
