Guidelines for AdNet Online Display Ads

All AdNet Online ads will run 7 days on each of a region's participating news website during the week of publication (Sunday through Saturday). NYNPA and each participating news website reserves the right to edit all copy submitted, and reject that which does not comply with the program guidelines (please refer to the Standards of Acceptance). The standards of individual news websites may differ.

Deadline

All AdNet Online ads and payments are due in the NYNPA office by Friday at 12:00 p.m. (noon) prior to the week of publication. All ads received after the deadline will automatically be published the following week.

Rate Information

All rates (non-commissionable) are for one 7-day run on each participating news website. Please consult the AdNet Online homepage to see the prices of each AdNet Online region. There is an additional charge of $25 per static ad and $50 per animated ad to prepare camera-ready artwork, if required. All ads must be prepaid. NYNPA accepts Mastercard and VISA, as well as checks.

Proof of Publication

NYNPA monitors all participating news websites and guarantees 90% placement (on most types of ads). Any ad that does not receive 90% placement will receive a make-good the following week. Proof of publication in the form of a basic statistical report deliverable via e-mail will be furnished by NYNPA upon advance request only.

Restrictions

NYNPA and each participating news website reserves the right to edit all copy submitted, and to reject that which is not in compliance with state and federal regulations or is otherwise unacceptable (please consult the Standards of Acceptance for more information).
